Great place to stay

This house was great for my family and I to stay while visiting Nuremberg. Communication was clear and fast with a reply. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out and have a good time. The garden area and upper balcony were bonuses and nice to sit out with a coffee or beer to enjoy the day. I read some other reviews about stains or broken furniture but we did not see any problems. The coffee machine was perfect for coffee when desired. I will buy one in the near future. If I am in the area again, this will be a place I will look to stay.

Fijn ruim huis met prachtige ligging.

Pros: Prachtige ligging. Ruime woning met alle gemakken voor kleine kinderen. Prettig dat het huis rolluiken heeft en draai-kiep ramen. Cons: Er lagen wel wat dode vliegen op de vloer. Dat is wat bezwaarlijk met een kruipende baby. Gelukkig was er ook een stofzuiger aanwezig.

Sinn und Zweck erfüllt, alles in allem ok.

Pros: Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und somit direkte Anbindung per ÖPNV Richtung Nürnberg, Erlangen.... Cons: Mit Luxusvilla hat die Unterkunft wenig zu tun. Es soll vielleicht den Anschein machen, aber bei näherer Betrachtung merkt man ziemlich schnell, daß die Verarbeitung im Haus nicht professionell durchgeführt wurde. Küchenschränke schließen nicht richtig, Wässerhahn im oberen Stockwerk defekt, Duschabtrennungen schließen nicht richtig, Bett (Lattenrost) defekt, usw. Zur Schlüsselübergabe wird der Briefkasten benutzt, der allerdings auseinander fällt.

Ein Haus was edel rüber kommen soll mit seiner Einrichtung ( Möbel)dies aber nicht tut , da einige Möbelstücke echt kaputt sind. Goldene Couch mit gelben Spannbettlaken drauf, da darunter angeschmuddelt. Andere Couch, Sitzpolster passen nicht zur Couch, wurden provisorisch umfunktioniert. Im Inserat stand mit Klimaanlage. Uns erwartete dann nach langem Suchen eine mobile Klimaanlage im Keller, die man suchen und aufstellen musste. Hmmh hier passt einfach die Beschreibung Luxusvilla definitiv nicht, da erwartet man 5 Sterne , dies war und ist nicht der Fall. Gartenzaun defekt, Tür nicht abschließbar, was blöd mit Hunden ist. Alles wurde hier zusammen gewürfelt, das Konzept ist nicht durchgängig sichtbar. Es ist ein schönes Haus und ohne den Titel Luxusvilla würde man sicherlich über vieles anders denken . Hier müssen Möbel wirklich erneuert werden.

We have been informed by the host that the furniture is in good condition and fairly new. No furniture is broken. The garden door is not broken and lockable. The sofa was covered in a yellow sheet, for the purpose to protect the sofa from possible dirt from the dog who accompanied you. The extra charge to bring a pet is paid directly to the host. The host is always available and committed to making their guests' stay most comfortable. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, wenn sich hier und da schon etwas runtergewohnt. Trotzdem nett eingerichtet und sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.
