The Space:

This 3-story 900sf contemporary beach home has 20ft cathedral ceilings, natural wood beams, and sweeping ocean views. You are only steps away from access to Heceta Beach with its miles of sandy shore and a short walk to Surfside Bistro - the award winning clam chowder is amazing! From the homes deck you’ll relax to the sounds of crashing waves while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying breathtaking sunsets!



On the ground level there is a two-car garage with a convenient toilet and washer and dryer. Enjoy the ocean air while sitting at the picnic table and watching the kids and dogs play in the large fully fenced back yard - truly a rare gem for a beach house!



The main living space is upstairs on the second floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase the ocean views. A wood stove in the living room creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your fresh catch seafood dinner. On this level you’ll also find the primary bedroom that features a king-size bed, dresser, and Roku Smart TV (one of three Roku TVs in the home), and a full bathroom.



Spiral stairs lead up to the third floor open loft where there are 3 more beds, a sofa, TV, and another dining table providing even more living space and ocean views. On a clear day you can see Heceta Head Lighthouse from the North facing window! Whether playing the provided musical instruments (Tik Tok moments?!), relaxing on the sofa watching tv, or sitting at the table playing cards, board games or puzzling, you're sure to have a fun time with family and friends.

While the house smelled of pinesol, looking closer, it was Pretty dirty, I had to scrub the pots and pans in order to use. Also, kitchen hot pads were covered with old food, disgusting. Windows had black goop and there was dog hair up into the beams of the ceiling. Then we had a giant spider coming out of the closet one night! They could do a better job cleaning.

Good Location with nice property grounds

5 min walk to the beach, excellent property grounds with fenced yard. Extra toilet is dislocated from main living area, but weather was good so not much of an issue for our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay for us!

This was a perfect stay for exactly what we were looking for. An easy minutes walk to beach access for walks on the beach every morning, afternoon, and evening. So fun to be able to see the ocean from the porch and enjoy beautiful sunsets! We will definitely book here again.

Great location

Loved this little place had views of ocean and only a small walk to the wide open beaches. Convenient to so many places to visit including Heceta Light House, south Jetty and downtown Florence. Would highly recommend it.
