At the same time, we’re truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you encountered several issues during your stay. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the concerns you mentioned, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort or inconvenience caused. Regarding the photos, there are only a few minor differences between the current unit and the images, as the owner has made some recent updates. In our opinion, the unit looks even better than the photos, but we understand that perceptions can vary. Given your feedback, we will work with the owner to update the listing photos to better reflect the current state of the home. As for the pest concerns, the property is on a regular pest control treatment schedule, and there have been no previous reports of roaches or gnats in this unit, including from guests who have stayed since your departure. When we visited the home to place bait traps, we did notice food left out in the kitchen and dirty pans on the stove, which can unfortunately attract pests. We will continue to monitor guest feedback closely and work with the owner to ensure the home remains pest-free. Regarding the front door lock, we believe there is a deadbolt on the inside, but we will confirm this and make a recommendation to the owner to improve security, especially for families with young children. We truly appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve our services and the homes we manage.
