304 Forest Beach Villas is a spacious, remodeled third-floor villa located right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean! The open floor plan of this property is sure to delight.



The living area features a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, flat screen TV, table and chair set, and access to a private balcony. The completely remodeled kitchen features tile flooring, plenty of cabinet space, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils needed to prepare all your meals.



The master suite is spacious and comfortable with a TV, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom. The remodeled bathroom features tile flooring, a large vanity, and a tub/shower combination.



Conveniently located in Forest Beach, these villas are right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of Coligny Circle. Forest Beach Villas is a small, private complex providing a quiet and relaxing vacation to its guests. The complex has landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, and two updated on-site tennis courts that now allow for pickleball as well. There is also underground parking as well as parking in front of the building.

This place was amazing! Everything was brand new and it is centrally located to you can walk <5min to beach, bar, or food. Some of the things the photos don’t show: bed is super comfortable, shower pressure is awesome, TV in bedroom is clutch. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Why stay at hotel when you can stay here?

This was my first time renting from vrbo and it couldn’t have gone any better. Easy experience and great place. Definitely going to continue to use site and would definitely stay here again. The place was great with plenty of space for just the two of us. It’s so close to everything with the beach and Coligny Plaza within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing couple days. Thank you!

Wonderful spot!

We loved this condo! Nice setup, very clean, fantastic location, etc. Our only complaint was that, even after asking upon check-in, we were not given the access codes to the pool or tennis courts. Other people had to let us in.

Walking distance to Coligny

We loved that this condo was within walking distance to Cologny Beach and also just a few minutes walking to Coligny plaza. There are lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The condo was furnished with beach chairs-we did not use the beach chairs because we brought our own beach gear.
