New stainless-steel refrigerator with ice maker, and new stainless-steel dishwasher. Brand new totally remodeled bathroom with LED vanity mirror in bathroom. Brand new living room furniture. Freshly painted living room and bedroom. Hang your belongings on the new shiplap entrance with hooks. This unit is close to the front of the property where there is easy access to the beach path and the bike paths. No pets allowed. Linens provided. After vacationing in Hilton Head for many years my family and I purchased the property in June of 2014. We purchased all new furnishings. It is our home away from home. Hilton Head is relaxing but also has many things to do for the young and old alike.

Why they chose this property

We purchased Seascape Villas because of its location. It is close to biking paths, the beach and because of the restroom facilities on the beach makes it convenient. It is also close to Sea pines, Harbourtown Lighthouse, Coligny Plaza, new Coligny Park and many restaurants.
