The Space:

Village House 106 is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa so close to the beach! Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this villa is well maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. This well-appointed and tastefully furnished retreat creates a comfortable and relaxing environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, and Westin.



Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the first level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the luxury vinyl plank hardwood floors throughout, the tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, a TV, and balcony access for enjoying the serene sounds of the village. The fully-equipped kitchen has newer appliances, stone counters, and everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs.



The main bedroom has a king bed, flatpanel TV, and a private renovated bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flatpanel TV, balcony access, and access to a renovated hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

It was great location. Nice property

It was short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful area. The Villa was very clean, nice decoration and it has everything that you could need. We loved to seat in the patio . We enjoyed our stay a lot. The only thing that I would suggest it will be blankets for the rooms. Everything was great.

Village House 106

We loved the whole unit. It was clean, convenient to everything, comfortable beds, within walking distance to the Islander beach, had an elevator and a trash shoot, and good parking. We would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a comfortable, convenient vacation, and a very pleasing environment.

Nice location but poor customer service

The unit local is very ideal close to the beach. Unit is getting dated. Be careful if you have problems local property management was unresponsive to our issues. I should not need to run out and purchase a remote to operate the TV. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

Comfortable place close to beach

Loved the big patio, though we didn’t get to use it for our short trip in November. Still loved looking out at it and the landscape. Nice that it had 2 queen beds and a king — all comfortable. Comfy couches for the evening when you are ready to relax. One downside was no smart TVs. It would have been nice to be able to cast or log in to an account on the main TV at least. Very clean and easy check-in and checkout.

Great Vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our vacation. This was our first time staying in this building and we will definitely do it again! We LOVE the Port Royal location. Easy beach access, close to stores and restaurants. We have been coming to HHI for close to 30 years. This condo definitely ranks right up there with our favorites!!!

Village House Spring Break

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures which was very comforting. Online rental process and access to key and information was very smooth. House is about 8 min walk to a nice beach. Altogether a nice experience for us.

Wonderful stay!

We loved the quiet setting of the location. It was very enjoyable to sit on the patio and enjoy the breeze and watch the families of squirrels interact in the trees above. Close to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fabulous stay all around!

Loved our stay in this condo! Very spacious, clean, fun vibe, stocked with plenty of extras you may need. We like to cook some meals and was very happy with how well the kitchen was stocked! The quiet area made for wonderful relaxation while out on the two spacious balconies. Neighbors are so friendly, it added to our enjoyment of the atmosphere. Beach is a quick, easy walk and you can rent chairs/umbrellas there if needed. We will definitely book this condo again! Thanks!!

Nice but small

First of all we would consider staying here again but would look elsewhere too. We had 8 persons which this condo does sleep but it was rather small. The kitchen is very tiny. The outside balcony (both) were very large wish some of that room could have been used for inside. One large bath again one that was very small. It was close to the beach and not a bad walk to the beach at all. When we arrived a lady came by to see if we had checked in and we asked where the pool was and how did we get pool passes. Her response was " I don't know" and very tried to get us an answer. We ask other guess they told us where the pool was and we went without passes. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable but what pullout isn't? IF we return to HHI we would consider staying again so our experience was not horrible location was great and the walk to the beach was short. The neighborhood was very nice and kept very well and we felt safe while there. Other renters and owners were nice and we never heard anyone.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Village House #106. The Village House was very clean and updated. The location was within walking distance to the beach and the pool was across the street. This condo was roomy enough for our family of seven. The condo was clean and was decorated nicely. The kitchen was small but was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The master bath shower was very nice! The outside patio area was very large. We also enjoyed riding our bikes on the trails throughout Port Royal. We did not know that Village House allowed dogs, so there were times that the barking of neighboring dogs was annoying, but we did not let it spoil our vacation. Definitely would recommend to our friends!

Everything as advertised

Great Stay & Good Weather Too!

The Village House is in great location with a short walk to the beach. Unit was nicely decorated offering a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, washer, dryer and a family area. Unit also provided Wifi that worked well along with and a good selection of cable channels with three tv's. Overall unit was clean but there were area's like around the fringe of the throw rugs, outside deck area and under the bed that could have been cleaned better. Also, air conditioner ducting and or filter required cleaning and was putting out a musty smell that fortunately dissipated with the use of some air fresheners. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would stay there again.
