Tranquil Lagoon and Beach Views

Come enjoy the Spa on Port Royal Sound, a peaceful beach front escape. Relax on the beautiful landscaped grounds. Sit in the gazebo and watch the herons and turtles play in the lagoon. Stroll down the pier or sit in the swing and gaze out at the dolphins playing in the water. Sun on the beach. Wander down the shore and explore the near by parks and historical sites. At the Spa you will feel the serenity of the low country.

This fully equipped first floor villa features beautiful views from all the rooms. Look out the window and see the beach or look the other direction and see the lagoon. The master suite features a king bed and a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoins the hall bathroom. A queen size sofa bed is located in the main living area.

The open living area provides dining space, ample seating and a wet bar! The porch allows views of the grounds and beach.

The kitchen is equipped for your cooking needs. If you don't feel like cooking, no problem, pick out one of the 250 restaurants on the Island.

Keeping up with friends, family and even work is easy from our villa. We provide free long-distance phone service, a broadband connection and wireless internet service.

Other on site features include: a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools (one with water views), shuffleboard, tennis, playground, basketball courts, a small gym, hot tub and sauna. Fish Haul Creek Park is next door, a great place for walking or bird watching.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the extra keys and pool keys on the counter. Place the key back in the lockbox.
Take the trash to the dumpster behind the HOA office.

We spent our time on the beach, biking, and eating. The pool area looked pretty but we didn’t use it.The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed and the beds were comfortable. We rested and enjoyed it all. I wish we had flown into Hilton Head instead of Savannah as we were very close to that airport. We only heard planes if we were outside.The lagoon is delightful. The changing tides and hunting for sharks teeth never got old. Thank you Carrie for letting us stay. Your neighbors were all so friendly and kind.

Wonderful weekend getaway! Very relaxing and quiet with beautiful Lowcountry coastal views. We enjoyed sunrises each morning, seeing the ebb and flow of tides at the marsh, shorebirds and wildlife, and the landscaping of the resort with beautiful plants and flowers that attract butterflies. The condo was clean and comfortable - we slept well each night, had room at the table for 4 adults as well as comfortable seating to relax in the sitting area, although most of our time was spent enjoying outdoors and the amazing restaurants and seafood on the island. Would love to visit again, but for a longer stay!

After a few complications with the house cleaning service (we check in on labor day evening), the apartment owner came personally and helped us out. The rest of our stay was excellent, everything was there that we needed and more. The apartment owner is very friendly and helpful. We know the spa and the area from previous visits, allways clean, quiet and safe. We hope to come back next year. T

This property is on a gorgeous low country road with reaching oaks covered in Spanish moss. There are 3 pools, a walkway to the beach and a cat sanctuary right next door. All a plus for us! We enjoy the marshy beaches because we still have a little guy who can't swim. That and these beaches have tons of hermit crabs, live sand dollars, jumping shrimp and herons. This neighborhood is also steeped in history. It's a quieter more interesting part of the island.

Beautiful location right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay here again this year. It was our 4th time staying here. The condo is spacious, well equipped, and has a beautiful location right on the water. We loved it here.

Tranquil, gorgeous hidden gem of a spot!

My husband, and our two children stayed for a whole week and will definitely be back! It is stunning here! Everyone is so friendly, theres mutliple pools to choose from, the beach is by far the best I have ever been to. The food around is amazing. Our vrbo was clean, adorable and had everything we needed to accommodate our family for the perfect getaway! We will definitely be returning!

This location was beautiful and the host was awesome! I had an issue after midnight and I was able to speak with her and her husband to fix the problem. They were so welcoming and helpful. They did everything in their power to accommodate me and my family!

Overall it was great for what myself and 3 other ladies needed. There were tons of jellyfish and crabs, I didnt know when I booked it that it is known as the wildlife side of the island. We did see the local eagle and stood within about 20 ish feet and took pictures. The door handle on the screen door needs fixed, it kept falling off. The key box was a little hard in the dark to see and get manouvered. The indoor pool was closed for resurfacing and we were diappointed bc thats where

Our favorite place is Port Royal Sound. This place was nice being on the first floor and close to the ocean. Had pretty much everything we needed. Wonderful, will stay again

HH at The Spa

We were very pleased with the condo at The Spa. The description/pictures were exactly as listed. The condo was very clean, beds comfy, and a kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed to fix meals and grill out. Loved that we were steps from the beach, too! It was perfect for our family vacation, and we would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful Location

Lovely property! Enjoyed being able to walk out to the marsh/beach and find crabs, shells, and birds. It was really cool to see a bald eagle on the beach! We drove to others beaches to swim but liked this beach for the sea creatures/wildlife.

this condo was comfortable for four people. you could see the beach, plenty of room to sit, nice kitchen table, lots of towels and linen for the beds. wish it was warmer while we were there, but it was a quick walk to the beach, even if we had to bundle up.

Quiet bit of paradise!

The Spa was a relaxing and beautiful vacation spot for a week!! The condo's versatility was amazing with a pull out table, flexible seating, and flexible sleeping arrangements that worked out perfectly for our stay (My son and I brought my mother, so I slept on the pull out couch so each of us had our "own room"). My 14 year old son enjoyed his stay so much that he didn't want to leave! The proximity of the pool, beach, and everything else on Hilton Head island was perfect! Thanks Carrie for a wonderful start to our summer!
