You will immediately be charmed by entering the doors of the residence and walking through the social areas, completely lit naturally by sunlight thanks to the abundance of large glass windows that extend from the floor to the roof level.

The kitchen is also very large and has a table made entirely of solid wood.

The house enjoys a sober, modern and beach design, with only one floor and spacious rooms, making it very accessible and functional even for those with limited mobility.

Its 6 suites have large beds for two people each, full and large bathrooms and air conditioning.

Outside you will have a large grassy backyard, located just above sea level, creating the feeling of being in the sea. The balconies that surround the house are covered and have areas to sit and dine with views of the sea and the entire coast of Búzios.

Near the large pool the yard continues, now housing trees and plants on its lawn, creating an atmosphere completely enveloped in the green of nature.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
