Upscale furnishings, excellent amenities and a fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets for proper meal prep and serving. Guests can unwind in a tranquil space featuring a Cal king bed, Queen bed, Full bed, and a bunk room with two more Full beds and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Games, toys, linens, and supplies provided for a comfortable stay. Patio with outdoor sectional sofa and dining table, charcoal BBQ (bring your coal). Sorry folks - this house is designed for quiet relaxation in a family neighborhood….no parties allowed. Dual sinks and a step-in shower in the primary bathroom. Tub and shower in the hall bathroom both a bathtub and shower. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure in the nearby mountains, or lakes, this delightful home provides a comfortable retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We are local, and once lived in this neighborhood so we know our neighbors and the neighborhood well.

Quiet time is 10pm. We love our neighbors. We know them as we used to live in this neighborhood.
Please return any furniture you’ve moved to its place. Games and toys - please return them to how you found them.
Smoking outdoors only. Don’t smoke with doors or windows open. No gatherings or parties. Only persons on reservation are welcome in the home.

Overall, the stay was good, and the home was clean and comfortable. During our stay, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi, so we could not watch TV. After we checked out on Sunday, the host informed us that the internet router had been located behind the microwave. It would have been helpful to have this information earlier or to include instructions in the house manual so future guests can avoid the same issue. Than you so much.
