REMOVE ALL TRASH BY USING THE CONTAINER LOCATED OUTSIDE IN THE BACKYARD PUT USED TOWELS BY THE WASHER AND DRYER LEAVE UNUSED BEDS MADE SO THE MAID KNOWS THEY ARE CLEAN UNPLUG ALL THE SMALL APPLIANCES
WASH YOUR DISHES, CLEAN AFTER YOURSELVES, THROW AWAY ALL OPENED FOOD FROM REFRIGERATOR ONLY LEAVE UNOPENED ITEMS, OPENED CONDIMENTS ARE OK IF YOU LEAVE FOOD, SPICES, COFFEE MAKE SURE IT’S NOT RANCID

Comfortable for big families

We needed a place to stay for my mother-in-law's funeral so the family came down altogether and it was very comfortable very close to where we needed to be and I want to thank the landlord for You

Amazing Stay

Beautiful home - amazing pool

We stayed here while visiting my parents. The home was perfect for us - well-equipped kitchen, lots of towels, huge streaming TV, and amazing pool. My parents ended up coming over the hang out at the rental home because it was so difficult to get the kids out of the pool.

Relaxing

I went on a trip that had be out the house for the day and come back to a place that was relaxing and inviting made everyone comfortable. Only recommendation is to have the garage a option had to leave very expensive custom vehicles outside and the weather was not friendly to them.

Nice quiet stay in Hesperia

Had a family event so we decided to stay in Hesperia which was only 5 mins from our family and the Venue. The location was very convenient. Comms with property mgr were easy and pleasant. The pool/patio is the big seller to this property. It's very new and we enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub and pool were heated at our request. The washer was broken so we couldn't do laundry. And the kitchen was a bit ecclectic. Plates, silver etc were sparse and I had to really search for them. But those things weren't a big deal. overall, a nice stay and we liked being together in a home rather than spread across 3 hotel rooms. Thank you!!

The pool was not warm and jacuzzi. The listing stated heated pool. We were unable take showers due to no Warm Water. I did not receive Code to house before checkin. I had to wait for Owner to open the door For Is so we We’re standing in the Cold

Mohave st.Hesperia

The house was nice, the pool was beautiful. I couldn't believe that we were asked not to flush our toilet paper that is disgusting. But we followed the rules. There were no pot holders, dish towels or dish clothes that we could find. The sponge that was there smelled horrible. One of the lamps was about to break so we stayed away from it so we wouldn't be accused. The decorative vine in the bathroom was dirty. They said they supplied toiletries but there was not enough to accommodate our group. There was not enough seating inside or outside for all of us and the 4 chairs provided for the patio table were cheap folding chairs. For the cost to stay there i felt it should have been at a higher standard. We would not choose this place again.
