This house is wonderful for travels with or without pets! Very clean and spacious in a very quiet neighborhood. I know this area well, as I grew up here and picked this place for location away from the hassle and bustle. House is close to the beach, the KSC Visitor Center and a little over an hour from Disney. Communication with Trevor was fantastic. We had a small issue and it was after hours, but I sent an email for him to see in the morning and he answered right away, without a wait at all. Very attentive host, but not intrusive at all, He just wants his guests happy!If traveling with pets, this place is wonderful. Huge fenced in yard, basket with balls/bones and even a doggie bed. I will definitely be back while visiting family! Thanks again Trevor for a wonderful week at your lovely home.

We spent the 4th of July long weekend at this house and had a great experience from start to finish. The location in Merritt Island was quiet and relaxing, while still being close enough to local restaurants and attractions to feel convenient.What really stood out was how welcoming the property was for traveling with our dogs. It's clear the space was set up with pet owners in mind, there was plenty of room in the backyard for our dogs to run around comfortably and no sense that we had to tiptoe around the house worrying about damage or restrictions. That kind of flexibility makes a huge difference when you're traveling with pets, and it's rare to find a place that handles it so well.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. We'd happily book again, especially knowing our dogs are welcome too.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape that doesn't require leaving your dogs behind.
