The large open great room features a kitchen that's perfect for bringing everyone together. The multilevel island comfortably seats up to six, making it easy for family and friends to gather while meals are prepared. The spacious living area includes a 75" flat-screen television and two Queen Murphy beds for extra sleeping space. On this main living level, you'll also find two King bedrooms with private baths, along with a half bath that serves the common area. Step outside to the large, covered deck overlooking the pool - an ideal place to relax while keeping an eye on the fun below.

The home also includes a separate, family-friendly guest space designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind. This area features one King bedroom, one bunk bedroom with a Twin over Queen bunk as well as a Twin over Twin bunk, full bath, a cozy living area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a convenient kitchenette. It is accessed through its own private exterior entrance and does not connect internally to the main level, offering a great option for families who want a little extra space while still keeping sleeping areas thoughtfully separated.

Outdoors, there's something for everyone to enjoy. A large, elevated sun deck sits on the west side of the pool, while a tiki bar on the east side creates a fun gathering spot. With so many amenities, your group will have everything needed for a memorable stay.

The upstairs was great. The bottom level was still nice, but not quite at the same level. The pool decking needs work with exposed nails and screws. The pool was super clean and absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Just wished there was an indoor staircase to connect the top to the bottom. It was super clean and was great for our vacation.

Overall the upstairs far exceeds the downstairs. The downstairs guests had issues the entire time with bugs (large flies both alive and a pile of dead ones upon our arrival by window), water bugs, other bugs, etc. Downstairs tub kept clogging & filling up during showers, washer broke within a couple days-just filled with water & would not drain. A tech was sent out but he just drained water, issue wasn’t fixed during our stay. Upon check in, Was told a tech was there installing a fan in bunk room but it never worked, just blinked red. Luckily the a/c works great in both upstairs/downstairs. Be sure you want a separate feel from up/down floors, we missed the fine print where it can’t be accessed unless the outside side stairs which we didn’t like too much. Also would have liked if fountain worked at pool, it’s kind of an eyesore without it in use, there are hoses to rinse off but an outside shower would be useful. The pool was okay but it needs a ‘cool function’ because it felt Iike a hot tub just baking in the sun. Wouldn’t stay at this one again but would book through PBH again. Helpful note: downstairs poolside table with chairs for eating would be nice edition on the open wooden deck since grill is out there.

We were particularly surprised to hear about the pest issues you experienced. Our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month, and this is not an issue that has been commonly reported at this home. That said, we certainly understand how unpleasant it would be to encounter that during your stay, and we will be following up with our pest control company. We also apologize for the issues with the downstairs tub, washing machine, and fan. Our team did respond during your stay, although we understand your frustration that the washing machine issue was not fully resolved before your departure. Regarding the layout, the upstairs and downstairs living areas are separate and accessed by the exterior stairs, which is disclosed in the property description. We realize that layout may not work well for every family or group, and we’re sorry it wasn’t what you expected. We truly appreciate you saying that you would book with Paradise Beach Homes again. We would be happy to help you select a property next time with a layout and amenities that are a better fit for your group.

Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and nice home. The pool was in need of cleaning and when I called the lady said they would be cleaning it the next day but never showed the entire stay. The house was also full of dead roaches, around 30+. When I called they said they sprayed the first of the month but it shows the hole was not cleaned before our arrival.
