Istrian stone house with pool for 8 persons

Villa Suzana is located in the quiet village of Gajana, only 8 km from the sea. The small medieval town of Bale is only 6 km away, Rovinj 20 km and Pula 18 km. The 110m² m large house offers with its four bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, enough space for up to 8 people. On the first floor there is a comfortable living-dining room furnished in Istrian style with an open, very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows are available.
The 3 x 7 m² pool invites you to cool down and relax. A large seating area and an outdoor grill complete the outdoor facilities.
Directly opposite the house is a large playground with slide and swing - here the children can let off steam undisturbed. The hosts live not far from the house and are happy to answer any questions.
