This lovingly decorated, approximately 50-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by lift.
The living area is furnished with, among other things, an upholstered sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa, as well as a recliner. A TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi are available for your use. The side balcony facing northeast is a cosy spot to sit and relax.
The bedroom features a double bed (90 x 200 cm single mattresses), a sideboard with a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe with ample storage space for your clothes. The window opens onto the living room.
The open, modern, fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining area and a full bathroom, complete the living space.
A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee on the ground floor of the building. A sauna is available free of charge to you as a holiday guest during designated times, but use by other individuals is not permitted. A bicycle storage room and surfboard storage room are available.
Smoking and pets are not permitted. We kindly ask that you respect this rule, especially on behalf of our guests with allergies! Use of a covered parking space is included.
