. This cosy holiday home, located one block from the beach, offers plenty of space and a true holiday atmosphere for 2 adults and 2 children. Once you reach the 3rd floor, you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from the southeast-facing balcony. The balcony is accessible from the combined living and dining area. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, and features a counter that opens onto the dining area. The first bedroom has a French double bed (140 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). The bedrooms each have a window, and the bathroom with a shower is located inside the unit. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Parking space included.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Bringing a dog is permitted for a fee upon prior registration.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
