Bicycle Policy: Please note that bicycles are not permitted on the property for rental guests. If you choose to bring bicycles, they must remain on or in your vehicle at all times. Bicycles may not be stored anywhere on the property, including walkways, pool areas, fences, or common areas.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

Parking: There is one labeled parking space.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.
