The Space:
Cross a wooden bridge over your own private creek, open a gate that leads through a lush and slightly wild garden, and step into this spacious and sunny Sea Ranch home. On the ocean side, a fabulous deck offers striking views. On the eastern side, the grassy fenced-in courtyard provides a great place for small children to play.
An eight-minute walk takes you to The Sea Ranch Lodge where you can buy a newspaper or have a drink or a meal. The Moonraker Recreation Center, also an 8-minute walk in the other direction, has tennis courts, a pool and a sauna. Black Point Beach, the largest beach at Sea Ranch, is an easy stroll. Miles of hiking trails along the bluff and up into the forest are just a step outside the door.

This home features three bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a twin room with two beds in separate alcoves and a work desk. All six guests can find a private space in this house. Although recently remodeled, this home is one of the oldest on The Sea Ranch and has many historic features such as old wormwood walls, a driftwood door, and a stone fireplace made of local rocks. It is located in prestigious older Unit One where homes have larger lots and plenty of trees and undeveloped common land between them. Fox, deer and other wildlife are frequent visitors.
So bring that book you've been meaning to get to or just relax in the secluded garden. Make the Meyer home your Sea Ranch getaway.

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

April through June is peak bloom season along the Sonoma Coast. The warmest months are June through September. Expect coastal fog most mornings that gives way to sunny afternoons.

we had a very relaxing time. its an older home so some maintenance is needed and some TLC of the yard out front would do wonders, grass beginning to cover address number, but overall we liked the beachy rustic feel of the home. Wonderful views and closeness to the bluff walking trail.

Great home
This home has a very well stocked kitchen, very well maintained!! Wonderfully sound insulated which is unusual for sea ranch!!! Beautiful courtyard. We loved the house and will try to rent again
The house was exactly as described and very clean! My only complaint is that Vacasa required us to drive to a second location about 15 minutes north to retrieve guest passes/permits for parking and accessing Sea Ranch amenities.

Good Stay.
Very comfortable clean living and sleeping spaces with plenty of room and furniture for the five adults on this stay. Wonderful location relative to Sea Ranch Lodge, Moonraker Recreation Center and Bluff trail. Hopefully issues of hot water in "common" bathroom are addressed soon.
The house is a nice design with plenty of views of the surf at Black Beach. Verry nice fireplace with plenty of firewood. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove. The place was clean enough, but while readjusting small furniture there were cobwebs in corners and a discarded food wrapper. A spot on the window was a dead fly. This was a verry small, but unexpected distraction.

It was lovely. We never checked our phones over those 3 days and didn’t realize we were to strip the beds and start dishwasher. All dishes were washed. Sorry about the beds.
