Spacious and comfortable with character. The locality is very peaceful but very close to Jerzens and well positioned if you want to combine the immediate area and the upper Pitztal with other parts of the Tirol. (We came from Scotland, in July.) The facilities are extensive. It is a bit of a work in progress with for example the bathrooms older than the kitchens but the owners are actively updating everything bit by bit. We received a warm welcome and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Herrlicher Urlaub im Schnee

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Schnee. Der Empfang von Werner und Franzi war sehr herzlich und informativ. Das Haus war perfekt für uns (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern), auch von der Ausstattung waren wir sehr begeistert, es war eigentlich alles da,was man brauchte. Höchstens die Eisfächer im Kühlschrank haben uns gefehlt, und eine zweite Garderobenleiste im Erdgeschoss wäre noch praktisch gewesen. Eine sehr schöne Idee war auch das kleine Wellness-Paket in den Badezimmern. Die Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, das Skigebiet war direkt um die Ecke, und es gab überall tolle präparierte Winter-Wanderwege, die sich auch zum Rodeln eigneten.Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch im Sommer ist es hier bestimmt herrlich.

Wunderbare Erholung in Tirol

Franzi und Werner haben uns herzlichst empfangen und mit vielen Tipps für die Region versorgt. Diese haben wir so gut wie alle in der wunderschönen Umgebung umgesetzt. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung, die wir gerne bald wiederholen wollen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Schwalbenstadl

Wir waren zu einer Woche während der Osterferien im Schwalbenstadl zu Besuch. Im Gepäck hatten wir, neben unseren drei Kindern, auch Oma und Opa. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber, Werner und Franzi, haben wir zwar nicht persönlich angetroffen, die Kommunikation war jedoch top! Auch die Check in Zeiten waren super flexibel. In der Küche ist alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und auch das Wohnzimmer bietet. Genug Platz für ein gemütliches Zusammensein aller. Zu bedenken ist, dass das Schwalbenstadl recht außerhalb liegt – Ohne Auto geht also nicht viel. Für einen Spaziergang mit Kinderwagen eignet sich das Umfeld auch nicht. Da wir aber zum Skifahren hier waren, hat uns das nicht sonderlich gestört :)

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren im Februar eine Woche in dem Haus mit 8 Personen, davon 4 Kinder. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die 3 Etagen hat man genug Platz, sodass die Kinder auch genug Freiraum haben und die Erwachsenen auch. Zum Skigebiet Hochzeiger sind es 10 Minuten und zum Pitztaler Gletscher sind es 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen wieder!

Eine super Unterkunft!

Wir hatten uns eine besinnliche und ruhige Weihnacht mit der ganzen Familie im schönen Pitztal vorgestellt. Da war es schon eine Herausforderung etwas für uns 8 zu finden. Das Schwalbenstadl hat alle unsere Erwartungen nicht nur ge- sondern übertroffen. Super Hosts, eine für alle Eventualitäten vorbereitete Wohnung und diese noch dazu in einer so perfekten Lage! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber! Diese Ferienwohnungist absolut "EMPFEHLENSWERT!"

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, allem voran die Küche. Es gibt genug Platz und die Lage ist herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ist einfach und direkt. Jegliche Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet oder sich darum gekümmert. Sehr zu empfehlen!
