Spacious wellness holiday home with a sauna and wood-burning stove!

Located in Grimersum (about 5 km past Greetsiel), it features 4 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 2 bathrooms with showers, accommodating 8 people (also ideal for 2 families, for example). The sauna and wood-burning stove make this a great holiday spot not just in the summer. The beautiful exposed wood beam ceiling and nautical decor give the house a very special character.
On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading out to the terrace. The beautiful garden, complete with a garden shed and outdoor furniture, invites you to relax and spend time outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

In the directly adjacent storage room, you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The ground-floor bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet, and sauna.

One of the (master) bedrooms (with a double bed) is also located on the ground floor, making it a great option for hosting grandparents.
On the upper floor, there are 3 additional bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 each with 2 single beds), all of which are carpeted, as well as another shower room.

The house offers free internet access (we cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).

Please note that bed linens booked as add-ons will not be made up.

During holiday periods, only weekly bookings with Saturday as the check-in/check-out day are generally permitted.

One pet (dog) is permitted upon request and for a fee.

The nearby canal (harbour 50 m away) connects to Greestiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle)boat, and in winter—sometimes—by ice skates!
The house is located across from the Kiek-Wiet and Wiesenblick houses—which are also available for rent—in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead-end street). A lovely public playground is just a few steps away, so you can even let the children go there on their own.
The holiday home is situated in charming Grimersum, a quiet village near Greetsiel in East Frisia. Surrounded by green meadows and idyllic waterways, the location offers the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying nature. Biking and hiking trails wind through the expansive countryside and along the typical East Frisian canals, inviting you to take leisurely excursions. The popular harbour town of Greetsiel, with its twin windmills, small shops, and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ drive away. An ideal location to experience authentic East Frisia and enjoy the proximity to the North Sea.
