The 58 m² “Nice 4” apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. This modern apartment overlooks the city streets and accommodates up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for remote work and video calls) and satellite TV. Upon prior request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. On sunny days, relax or enjoy breakfast outdoors on your private, furnished balcony.



Thanks to the central location, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport are all nearby. Within minutes, you’re in the beautiful old town with its boutiques and shops. All guests receive the exclusive BrixenCard free of charge, granting unlimited use of public transport throughout South Tyrol, free entry to most museums, and access to the Brixen Acquarena wellness center (950 m away). There is also direct access to Plose mountain (8.5 km), offering popular hiking trails and ski slopes.



A storage room for bikes is available. No pets allowed. Elevator and step-free access to the apartment. Parties and events are not permitted. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
