Ideally located in South Lake Tahoe, you'll be within easy reach of Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Mountain Resort, Heavenly Village, hiking, dining, shopping, and year-round outdoor adventures.



Los Ositos was designed with families in mind. Kids can enjoy the playground and a selection of toys, while parents will appreciate having a foldable crib / Pack ’n Play available at the home, making it easier to travel to Tahoe with little ones.



After a day on the slopes or at the lake, come home to your own private retreat in the pines. Soak in the private hot tub beneath the stars, gather around the outdoor fire pit, relax by the gas fireplace, or unwind in the primary suite’s private steam shower.

The heart of Los Ositos is its warm, open-concept living area—perfect for bringing everyone together.



Settle into the comfortable living room around the gas-burning fireplace and stream a movie on the smart TV, or fill the home with your favorite music using the Sonos sound system.



The spacious chef’s kitchen makes cooking for the whole group easy, with sophisticated finishes, high-end appliances, a double sink, wet bar, and dedicated coffee area. The large kitchen island seats five, while the nearby dining table seats six—giving everyone plenty of room for breakfast before the mountain, family dinners, or an evening of games and conversation.
