This rental beats all others for us. The communication with the hosts, the view, the location, the thoughtfulness that went into everything from the kitchen supplies to the furnishings truly made it a wonderful vacation. It was also extremely clean and well maintained! Am already looking forward to staying again!

This house was amazing. Fully stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding, comfy sofa. Plenty of room for a family or friends. Elevator made checking in and out easier. We would definitely stay here again.

This location has been our favorite so far in all our years traveling to CB and KB. The hosts were highly communicative and pleasant. The space was lovely, and the views of the ocean were just what was needed to reset the soul. A all the way around.

The house far exceeded our expectations! Being located directly on the beach and surrounded by all the amenities allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our family vacation! Michael and Tania were fantastic hosts, checking in routinely and providing excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. We hope to come back in the future and make more family memories! The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive. In fact, even came over when we were having difficulties with the elevator. Fantastic location and views of the ocean/beach from the top floor of this lovely property. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The multiple door locks and elevator operation was a bit tricky… but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Magical

I recently held a planning retreat at The Mayor's House at Carolina Beach. Our stay was absolutely top-notch. The penthouse was beautiful, immaculately clean, with a view that was breathtaking. Tania and Michael were super to work with. Our group will be holding a Wellness Retreat there for the public in March, and I cannot wait to return. We'll be visiting this place on a regular basis. 10 out of 10.
