The open and modern kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

You can spend cosy hours on the sheltered east-facing terrace.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, single-piece mattress) and a wardrobe.
A bathroom with a shower completes the amenities.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee), as well as a bike storage room, are available on the premises.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
This is a duplex garage (2 cars park one above the other—dimensions: length 5.00 m x height 1.50 m x width 1.90 m).
Otherwise, you’ll have to use a public car park.

This residential complex is located about a 20-minute walk from the city centre and the beach. It features 1- to 3-room apartments from the mezzanine to the 2nd floor, which, depending on the apartment, have outdoor parking spaces or duplex underground parking spaces (not suitable for estate cars and vans). Building 21a features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room. Pets are allowed in some apartments upon request for an additional fee.

The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town centre are about 1.5 kilometres away. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and recharge in the cosy cafés and long-established restaurants.

You can explore the designated bike and hiking trails to see if Ostholstein really consists only of wide, flat countryside. Let yourself be surprised by the cliffs, the dike, or even Holstein Switzerland.
