This centrally located 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is on the 1st floor with a sunny south-facing balcony and is equipped to accommodate 3 people. The apartment was extensively modernised and refurnished in early 2022. It consists of a living/sleeping area with a high-quality leather sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m) featuring a TTFK mattress and Ergoflex slatted frame, a flat-screen TV, and a new built-in kitchen, a Ceran induction cooktop, a microwave with baking function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a De’Longhi Nespresso capsule machine, a dishwasher, and a dining area for 3 people.
The separate bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) that can also be pushed together. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living areas have vinyl flooring. Prices are for 2 people; a third person pays 20 euros per day. A seasonal beach chair for 2026 (May 1–September 15) is included!

Washing machine and dryer available in the house for a fee. Parking space No. 1.1. No pets allowed! Non-smoking apartment.



Haus Seeburg offers family-friendly holiday accommodation and is perfect for the ideal family holiday. The short walk to the beach and the spa gardens, as well as the many restaurants and shopping options nearby, contribute to a pleasant stay. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Parking spaces for each apartment are available behind the building. A bicycle garage is located behind the building.
