This new, high-end 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the ground floor, right next to the spa gardens. In just a few steps, you can reach the beach promenade with its many shops and restaurants, as well as the fine-sand beach. This is especially convenient for children, as there’s no need to cross any streets. You can easily reach the apartment from the underground car park via the lift. Barrier-free access to the building is available via a ramp.
Through a glass-paneled door separating the hallway, you enter the open and bright living/dining area. This area features two high-quality taupe-colored leather sofas, light-colored furniture accented with anthracite, a 46-inch Full HD flat-screen TV with Smart TV, DVD, and Blu-ray player, a stereo system with Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth, a CD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The smaller bedroom has two single beds (80x200), nightstands, and a high-quality closet. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the entire apartment is equipped with exterior roller shutters that, if desired, provide complete darkness. In addition, all windows have insect screens.
