What a wonderful location and stunning landscaping. You are walking distance from everything. You have a direct unobstructed westerly view providing daily sunsets. A marina is across the street which can accommodate any boat you may want to bring. Slips were available at reasonable price. The gardens that await behind the cottage give you a private peaceful morning and evening relaxing place. Seating is comfortable and abundant. Grill and fire pit. The interior will say wow we really made a good decision. The host has thought of everything you might need and has it somewhere in the home. Front room and kitchen layout work well even when filled with your family and guests. A front room with beautiful views always present. The wraparound porch was easy to navigate and well maintained. 2 bathrooms may sound challenging but with proper thought and placement of guests solves any concerns. We had 9 grown adults consisting of 2 families. No issues, no complaints. I personally think the home provides many layout options to accommodate many situations. The water was plentiful and supplied without disruption. Air conditioning was more than adequate for upper level and lower level. Each was controlled separately. Supplies in home were sufficient and generous from host. We had the pleasure of being amongst the first few months of renters. What little things I would improve upon I will share with host. No reason to discuss or mention as these will not be present during future visits. Hosts are eager to accommodate and address your needs. I will end my review by saying the guests each said “we should book this ahead for next year”. That said it all to me.
