Suite 212 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. An elevator is available on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Small soaps are provided. Suite 212 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

The location was excellent - a view right down Lake Charlevoix. The beach was wonderful - warm and shallow. The king size bed was very comfortable. A larger two burner stove would have been helpful.

Unit 212 at One Water Street

Many electrical plugs not working. Kitchen very old. The whole unit needs an update. Wallpaper coming off the wall and the bathroom needed to be updated. Closets were full of owners stuff and we could not use half of it. The only table for eating was falling apart. The location was great but would not ever want that unit again. I understand we needed a unit for two months and Keith helped us do that, and he was great, but they should not put this unit in the rental pool until it is updated.

The outside is beautifully maintained with balconies (floor 2 and 3) right on the lake. The staff is excellent! This is our 4th year in a row to stay at the Water Street Inn, our first in Unit 212.Unit 212 is in need of updating. The "Grandma's Attic" decor, furniture and over abundant nicknacks make for a less friendly vacation experience. Antique furniture chests are difficult to use and take up lots of room, places for guests to place items are used up with lots of "stuff" making it somewhat difficult to find places to put what we brought to use. The TV is quite small by today's standards. The kitchen also seems sparsely outfitted compared to the other units we have rented. But, it was as the picture depicted.That being said, the unit was clean and the view of the lake was good. It is a quiet place. We had an excellent stay, but next time we will try to book into a different unit at Water Street Inn.

If you are older and/or have trouble getting in and out of a high sided tub, be sure to ask if your choice of room is a walk in shower or a tub. The entire complex was cleaner than years past and new management has made a difference! Great choice for a peaceful stay!

Although the interior is a bit dated, the condo was obviously lovingly decorated and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and check-in was very easy. Best of all, the price was a welcome relief from extremely overpriced Boyne Mountain! We enjoyed being in downtown Boyne City, which even is winter is very active with its many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
