Beautiful, newly renovated vacation apartment

Come in—settle in—feel at home.

This newly renovated and lovingly designed apartment in Spalt, in the heart of the Franconian Lake District, invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment features Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, and much more—providing the perfect setting for a great meal.
The entire apartment is equipped with LED spotlights. In addition to a double bed in the bedroom, the couch with a built-in sleeper function can accommodate up to 2 people.

The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-family house and features an open-concept living and dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

There is a free parking space on the property, and the apartment is in a very quiet, green setting.

The Surroundings
Spalt is located in the heart of the Franconian Lake District, which is known for its many attractions
and numerous hiking trails. The town’s own brewery and the excellent Spalt beer are also worth a visit and a tasting.

Supermarkets, bakeries, and doctors are located right in town, and the beautiful Brombachsee and Igelsbachsee lakes are only a 10-minute drive away. You can also reach the lakes by bike in 20–25 minutes each. If you have bicycles with you, you can store them safely in our building’s hallway.

We welcome our guests in person, explain everything on-site, and provide recommendations for excursions and local amenities.

Important Note for Guests with Allergies: There are 2 cats and 2 dogs (a Maltese and a Beagle mix) in the house, but they do not enter the apartment.

Schöne, gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Gut geeignet für NordicWalking, Jogging und Radwandern. Brombachsee und Igelsbachsee sind mit dem Rad in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. In und um die Stadt Spalt gibt es viel zu sehen und zu entdecken. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!
