Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests are required to sign a lease agreement and condo application with the host via DocuSign, a digital signing platform prior to occupancy.
Guests are required to complete the condo application and background check and pay the required $150 fee to the condo association prior to occupancy.
Guests are required to change the dryer vent filter and run the dehumidifier in the laundry room while performing laundry.
