Tennis 800 m, skisport facilities 900 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ice rink 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 900 m.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining table. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 9 m2, north-east facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
