The comfortable “Dünenmeer” semi-detached home spans two floors. The tasteful interior design, which combines modern and traditional materials, creates a charming thatched-house atmosphere. Bright rooms with many large windows immediately convey a warm and welcoming feel. From the holiday home, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Juist dune landscape and, in some areas, the Wadden Sea.

The ground floor of the holiday home features a spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The open-concept living and dining area, with its modern design, offers wonderful opportunities to spend time with the whole family or with friends. You can gather in the cosy couch area with a TV or around the large dining table for film and game nights together. The gas fireplace makes it especially cosy on cooler days. The living room is equipped with a radio with CD player and an iPod connection.

The modern built-in kitchen features, among other things, an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher—so you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals while on holiday. Or treat yourself: Juist is home to many restaurants that serve delicious North Sea cuisine—complete with a view of the sea!

When you book the “Dünenmeer” holiday home on Juist, you’re also booking sunshine and fresh North Sea air! It features two furnished terraces facing south and west, where you can soak up plenty of sun in a lounge chair or beach chair. The private, secluded setting guarantees relaxation in a quiet and restful holiday atmosphere. The holiday home’s adjoining garden is a paradise, especially for your children: on the spacious lawn, they can have a wonderful time playing Frisbee and badminton!

The upper floor of the “Dünenmeer” holiday home on Juist features three separate bedrooms, as well as two additional bathrooms and a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom features a pull-out single bed (180 cm wide when extended). The en-suite bathroom features a rain shower, a corner bathtub, and two sinks. The toilet is separate from the shower room.

Family-friendly amenities include, among other things, a cot, a high chair, a safety gate, and a children’s stool for the bathroom, as well as games and books for both children and adults.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee.

“Landhaus Ostdüne” on Juist is a detached thatched-roof house built in 2012. It’s in a great location, right near the beach and the town centre. Just 400 metres away, you’ll find the beach, which is a true paradise—especially for families: cosy beach chairs for sunbathing, beautiful white sand for building sandcastles, and plenty of sports activities like beach volleyball, fitness, and surfing await you here.
The nearest shopping options are about 200 metres from the house.

Whether you’re travelling with four or six people, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in the “Dünenmeer” semi-detached house or the “Dünenmulde” ground-floor apartment.
