Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please hose or shower all sand off before entering the house. If excessive sand is found through the house, an additional cleaning fee will be added.
Please take trash can out to street before checkout. Trash day is Monday mornings. Do not attempt to open any windows nor move hurricane shutters.
No additional guests other than those listed on reservation allowed without asking owner. Max # of people at all times is 6 unless otherwise agreed..

Why they chose this property

My family vacationed here at Karankawa since my childhood. My father renovated this home and we have had it in our family for years. It holds many special memories and we hope you make some here too!

What makes this property unique

Fairwind has custom design features including a gorgeous stained glass window in the master bedroom, marble floor in the master bath, and intricate woodwork in the living area. It is a step above your standard beach house! We are also steps away from the beach with panoramic views of the ocean from the deck!
