Master Bedroom includes a King size bed/full en-suite bathroom; wake up to beautiful gulf views and enjoy your coffee outside on the deck that can be accessed by both bedrooms. The bunkroom features 2 twin-over twin bunk beds; perfect for kids and features a multi-game table (foosball, hockey, billiards) and smart screen TV!
2nd Floor: Walk up to a fully open floor plan with a large living, dining and kitchen area. Walk out to a covered deck with GREAT VIEWS of the gulf. Spacious seating in the living area for 7, large flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace and desk area for a dedicated work space. Gather around the dining table which seats 6, also 6 available stools around the bar along the kitchen counters for extra seating. Eat dinner or play games while taking in the view from the dining room! The kitchen is fully stocked for guest use including; pots, pans, utensils, Keurig, toaster, blender, and much more! (Full bathroom on second floor for use while common area is being used)
Looking for a place to escape and work remote? The living area features a dedicated work space with a desk and chair- strong Wi-Fi- of 300Mbps; strong enough to attend video meetings while others can be watching movies/shows!

The townhome is walking distance to Nate's Seafood Restaurant and Seven Seas Grocery. The Karankawa 2 Townhomes subdivision is a private beach community with no public access to the beach. Guest access to the beach is steps away on a pathway about 500 feet away and 30 seconds to the access area. No vehicle traffic is allowed on the beach- kids will be safe to run around!
Anchor for the Soul has a fully paved driveway and car port that will hold up to 4 cars. Parking only allowed in designated spaces.
