A well-designed, fully equipped apartment with a separate bedroom.
Of particular note is the unique orientation of the apartment.
The living room with dining area and loggia faces the sunny southwest with a view of the North Sea, the kitchen and the bedroom face east with a view of the Elbe, the Kugelbake, the Grimmershörnbucht and the marina. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be experienced there.

In dieser Unterkunft waren wir jetzt schon zum 2. Mal und es hat uns wieder ausgezeichnet gefallen. Der Ausblick auf die Elbe ist gigantisch und die Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon zu beobachten einfach phantastisch. Auch die Lage der FeWo ist ausgezeichnet: in unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Bäcker, sowie eine Eisdiele. Mit ein paar Schritten über die angrenzende Straße ist man schnell am Deich und kann die "Strandbar" in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Dort am Strand gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten für Sport, Erholung und das leibliche Wohl. Zur Grimershörn Bucht ist es nur knapp 1 km, also auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Und das Baden dort macht viel Spaß, weil man nicht lange durchs Watt laufen muss, um vernünftig schwimmen zu können.Der einzige kleine Nachteil in der Wohnung ist der, dass es lediglich eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit gibt, aber keine richtige Dusche. Das ist für ältere Gäste eventuell ein Problem. Über den Badewannenrand zu steigen, birgt für das ältere Klientel schon eine Gefahr.

Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr saubere gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf dem Balkon verweilt man gern mit Blick auf die Nordsee. Parkplatz nicht weit weg, kann zu gebucht werden. Wir haben die Wohnung im Freundeskreis schon weiter empfohlen.

Dank der optimal gelegenen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung haben wir den Aufenthalt trotz schlechter Witterung sehr genossen. Traumhafte Lage
Mein Eindruck: Hässliches Gebäude, wunderschöne Wohnung, spektakuläre Aussicht aus der 9. Etage
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts und sie war sehr sauber.
Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Erholsame Auszeit
Sehr schön renovierte, sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Die Lage in vorderster Linie zum Strand ist großartig, ebenso wie die Aussicht vom Balkon. Dort konnte ich bei schönstem Frühlingswetter vom Wind geschützt die Sonne genießen.
Unkomplizierter Check-in durch die nette Frau Frerichs.

Das weite Meer
Ich bin sehr kurzentschlossen nach Cuxhaven gefahren. Diese Wohnung war genau wie ich sie mir vorgestellt habe. Elbmündung und Watt in einem Blick war ein Traum. Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht.
