3-room apartment for 2–4 people on the 4th floor with a large balcony overlooking the lake. The spacious apartment features a kitchen separate from the living room, which is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave, among other things. The living area features a cosy corner sofa and a dining table for 4 people. The living area opens onto the large northeast-facing balcony. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, and Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The free underground parking space has a clearance height of 149 cm.


Complex:

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, on the north side. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 until approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Meine Mutter und ihr Mann waren schon öfter im Haus "Jan am Strand". Ich selbst war auch schon mal dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Das Panorama-Fenster ist einsame Spitze. Morgens beim Frühstück kann man schon über den Deich gucken. Toll. Das Haus liegt in schöner ruhiger Umgebung. Durch die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür kommt man schnell überall hin.
