Welcome to this beautiful 2-room holiday apartment in Haus Kormoran, located on the 2nd floor and perfectly oriented towards the southwest.

The holiday apartment is divided into a living and dining area, which includes a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern seating area for up to four people. A selection of games, a DVD player, and a small stereo system provide entertainment on rainy days. The cosy seating area with a pull-out leather couch offers the ideal spot for relaxing evenings watching TV.

On the southwest-facing balcony, furnished with stylish seating and a sun awning, you can enjoy wonderful hours outdoors. The bathroom features a glass shower stall and is equipped with practical amenities such as a hair dryer, ironing board, and iron.

In the spacious bedroom, a comfortable double bed, built-in closets, a wall mirror, and a pull-out sofa bed for two people ensure optimal relaxation. In addition, we offer free calls to German landlines.

A private underground parking space is available for your use. As a special extra, our guests can use the on-site swimming pool and Finnish sauna free of charge*.

Our individually furnished apartments are easily accessible via an lift, and all feature southwest-facing balconies for relaxing in the sun. For added convenience, washing machines and dryers are available for a small fee. In addition, each apartment has its own designated parking space.

The modernised sauna area, featuring a Finnish sauna, a new infrared sauna, and an additional reading room, invites you to relax and unwind—a real bonus for a restful holiday any time of year.

The location of Haus Kormoran is ideal: nearby you’ll find shopping options, a selection of restaurants, and bus stops for lines 1006 and 1007.

Nature and leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby spa park with its large adventure playground and zoo, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach. The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is also just a few minutes away—perfect for families.
