Sunny one-room ground-floor holiday apartment in the JAN AM STRAND building with a balcony. Bright and modern apartment for 2 people. Features a new, separate kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher. The living area features, among other things, a double fold-out bed, a leather sofa, and a dining table with two chairs. Toilet/shower room. The included underground parking space has a clearance height of 149 cm. Bookings for fewer than 7 nights are possible by arrangement!

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a one-minute walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, guests on the north side can enjoy an exclusive view of the International Maritime Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Selber im Internet gesucht! Der Balkon war sehr schmutzig und man sieht das er schon sehr lange nicht mehr richtig gereinigt wurde! Weiterhin stößt man mit den eigenen Füßen beim überqueren des Zimmers immer wieder an den Metallfüßen des ausgeklappten Schrankbettes! Das ist leider auch etwas Schmerzhaft! Mit dem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist das auch so eine Sache! Ich hatte leider keine Parkmöglichkeit mit meinem SUV Fahrzeug! Auf dem angegebenen Ausweichparkplatz war leider zu oft kein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, und damit leider auch täglich 8,-€ Parkgebühren bezahlen! Weiterhin war es sehr warm auf dem Zimmer und im Eingangsbereich! Keine Klima oder Ventilatoren Möglichkeiten, was sehr unangenehm und schade war! Küchengeschirr war leider auch nicht mehr ganz vollständig! Der doch sehr kurze und direkte Weg zum Strand und die Müllentsorgung!
