YOUR SECRET HIDE-AWAY, BEACH VILLA WITH ALL THE ACCOMMODATIONS YOU NEED! NOT located in a high rise, not a condo and we are green! An ornate beach getaway just for you! Located just 25 minutes from Vidanta.
Solar panels, recycle coming and LED lightbulbs! If you are looking for something more private, this is it! It is just perfect! Beach, ocean, balcony, coffee pot, blender, air conditioning, lounge chairs, large deck, beach access, pool...what else do you need!? Walk in the front door, wipe your flip flops, head to the back door and there is your swimming pool! The only thing that separates you from the beach and Casa Tina is our pool!

Casa Tina is located in the fishing village of Bucerias, on the Bay of Banderas. The bay is the second largest bay in the world. During January, dolphins and whales can be seen from the balcony of Casa Tina. Bucerias and Casa Tina have everything you want or need for your fabulous vacation. The people of Bucerias are very friendly and helpful. Casa Tina and Bucerias are laid-back, for a stress-less vacation!

Casa Tina is in a gated secure area. Views are absolutely outstanding! Shopping and eating is all walking distance! My property manager, Felipe, will buy your groceries and have them at the Casa for you! Jorge, my taxi driver, can pick you up from Puerto Vallarta airport for stress less transfer to your Casa; plus, Jorge will stop to buy beer, on the way. $120 for the concierge service.

$91 VIP services if ordered through Felipe. Better than waiting in the taxi line. These are Suburban or van type vehicles.

Beach is clean and quiet! GREAT BEACH FOR SWIMMING AND PLAYING-NOT ROCKY! Great for boogie boarding and paddle boarding!

2 Boogie boards and life vests are in the downstairs closet.

Surfing is 15 minutes north and golfing is ten minutes south at the Flamingos! Excursions are only a fingertip away, ask my property manager, Felipe! He knows all the best places! Bring your laptop-there is an internet connection! Wi-fi

Great unit

Property is great. Comfortable beds, great pool, good location.I would have given 5 stars except the washing machine was broken for 4 days (it did get fixed our last day), and we ran out of toilet paper (I notified the property manager, they didn’t bring more.Great place overall.

Fun community

This is a friendly group of 7 condos sharing a pool right in the ocean. Casa Tina is decorated with a fun beachy flair and the communication with both Tina and Felipe her property manager is exceptional. We had a nice week at Casa Tina

Perfect Home Away From Home

This was our second vacation in Bucerias and Casa Tina did not disappoint. Tina and Felipe were easy to communicate with and made the stay effortless. The house is in a perfect location on the beach and close to all the delicious restaurants Bucerias has to offer. It was safe and the house had all the necessities a family needed to be comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! Thanks Tina

New Years Eve

We (7 of us) just spent an amazing 8 days at Casa Tina. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house on the beach with a great pool in a perfect location in Bucerias and very Safe. Casa Tina has everything you need and is close to many great restaurants and places to shop, all walkable. We enjoyed the fireworks show on New Years Eve on the private beach. What an experience. Can't wait to book Casa Tina again.

We have stayed at Casa Tina several times. It is a great house in a lovely setting convenient to Bucerias amenities. The house is clean and kept that way by an excellent housekeeper, Theresa. A real bonus is access to the property manager, Filipe who is extremely responsive to needs and who provides lower cost access to tours, etc. Filipe's tours often include tour guide and driver, Jorge who has an extraordinary fund of historical, cultural and geographic knowledge of the area.

Great rental in an amazing location

This is our second time staying on this compound in Bucerias. We stayed at a neighboring casa 6 years ago. We will surely be back. The pool is great for kids and is usually empty. Everyone we met around the adjacent properties was great. It's close enough to stores and restaurants so you can get everything you need. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The area is extremely safe from everything we can tell. We went with my young girls ages 7 and 3 and my parents. Everyone had fun in this low-key town.

Amazing location!

Casa Tina was absolutely perfect. Felipe is available to help book any fun excursions. The house is very well appointed and perfect. Beds are comfortable. You can hear the ocean as you sleep. We decided to stay here based on the overwhelming number of positive reviews and they were all accurate!! You are within close proximety to some amazing restaurants, several which are new! Great house for a larger group. We had an amazing time with our kids and friends. We've been to PV many times and so far this is our favorite!! Just like the other reviews... We WILL stay here again. Lovely stay in Bucerias

This was our 4th stay in Bucerias. We usually stay in a modern condo building nearby but I found Casa Tina for this stay. The condo is two story, more like a house really. The location cannot be beat. In the center of the Zona Dorado, the best part of Bucerias to stay in my opinion. Many restaurants to walk to and the most beautiful stretch of beach in the area. The condo was very comfortable for myself, my husband, and my sister. It is very peaceful, gated, and safe. Everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area is very nice for relaxing and has an extremely easy access to the beach. We could carry the large plastic lounge chairs to the beach which we did every day. The pool was a bit chilly being January and the large planters in the pool made any real swimming a bit difficult. But the pool and landscaping was pretty to look at. We loved the view from the master bedroom balcony where we had our evening glass of wine to watch the sunset. Tina, the owner, was extremely responsive and was always very prompt in answering any questions. We communicated very easily via What'sApp. The property manager, Felipe, was also very kind and always available for minor issues and for ordering taxis back to the airport. I would recommend the property as long as you are ok with an older building with lots of Mexican charm. The condo could use some updating but has everything you need for a great vacation. One thing I would recommend to Tina: each season I would invest in 2-4 Tommy Bahama low beach chairs. They would be so easy to take to the beach, much easier than the large plastic loungers. Other than that everything was fabulous and we hope to return! Gracias Tina y Felipe!

Perfect vacation in a perfect condo and location

The condo and property are absolutely beautiful. The condo is well stocked with what you need and things to make your stay more enjoyable. Tina is an absolute delight. She is communicative, kind and an all around wonderful person. Any question I had, she answered so quickly, it was impressive. She wants her guests to feel comfortable and enjoy. Felipe is her property manager. He is excellent at his job and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. He is very caring and helpful. He wants to make sure everything is perfect. Theresa cleans the condo twice a week. She does an excellent job. The condo is truly immaculate. This is our 2nd time staying here. We love everything about it! We feel very blessed to rent from Tina

Awesome location on the beach in a great part of Bucerias.

The property is beautiful. We have been going to Bucerias for many years and this property is in a great location. The beach and pool are awesome. If you really want to experience Bucerias this is the place to stay.

Casa Tina

The property is well equipped, comfortable with amazing ocean views. The location is on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Our family enjoyed the pool, it is very unique with the built flower pots, the water was the perfect temperature. We loved Casa Tina and highly recommend this property, hopefully we can return next year...

Nice casa!

Had a short, but nice, stay at Casa Tina. Enjoyed taking the beach chairs and boogie boards out for a spin, and sipping coffee in the AM by the pool!

Amazing View, Great Amenities, and Close to everything!

Casa Tina is right on the beach and you can't ask for a better view. The house has everything you need, with a pool, plenty of parking, laundry, towels, etc. It is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping and a few minutes drive to the Mega supermarket as well as Punta de Mita, Sayulita, and Puerto Vallarta. The concierge Felipe was great and Tina was very responsive! I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in Bucerias

Why they chose this property

Casa Tina is your private secret garden. We are located on the beach surrounded by beautiful flowers and a GREAT deck for lounging. The swimming pool is wonderful and refreshing for swimmers as well as for children to splash around in! Yet, the 250 feet driveway takes you to civilization-stores, shops, restaurants and bars! I LOVE Bucerias because there aren't alot of time share sales people and it's so laid back! Clean, safe, fun! Great place to be!

What makes this property unique

The swimming pool, with Palm Trees, is right out your door as well as the beach! Every window has either a pool or ocean/beach view, BBQ, boogie boards, table and chairs on the balcony, alot of outside lounge chairs on the deck, Wireless internet, WIFI, TOTAL RELAXATION. Swimming pool has lounge chairs built into it! Everything is within walking distance! PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION! Bedroom configuration allows 2 couples plus 2 kids each and a Nanny!
