Très bien mais
La location est idéalement située, proche du centre au pied des plages et du grand marché, avec un garage de bonne taille et un grand balcon avec très belle vue même si un immeuble est devant. Accès sécurisé à l'ensemble avec un ascenseur.
Petit bémol le ménage n'était vraiment pas top ! l'appartement et les meubles mériteraient un grand coup de rafraichissement.
Dans l'ensemble assez satisfait puisque nous ne passons pas de temps dans le logement.

Appartement bien situé avec vue agréable et belle terrasse mais vieillissant. Cuisine neuve mais les sols et les murs du salon et de la salle de bain mériteraient un rajeunissement. Le matelas du canapé est sale et très inconfortable, à changer ! Le ménage à notre arrivée n'était pas parfait ( mouchoirs, et poussières sous le canapé) Il manque un meuble de rangement pour les vêtements.

Kleines,sauberes 1 Zimmerappartement, mit großem Balkon und super Aussicht auf Meer . Liegt zentral für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gut eingerichtete Küche. Dusche/WC Raum für Reisende mit Hilfsmittel eventuell etwas eng. Aufzug vorhanden. Waren jetzt 3 mal in Folge im Appartement und immer alles sauber und ordentlich angetroffen

j avais déjà loue en 2022 parfait et la en 2023 ménage pas fait a l arrivée frigo plein de givre et reste de nourriture a l intérieur et poubelles de la salle de bain pas vider
