A Marvel-themed movie theater, an arcade room loaded with games, a rooftop deck glowing with string lights, a private fenced backyard: this is the kind of place where the group chat stops debating and everyone just shows up.

The space
This entire home accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The layout spreads across multiple floors, giving your group room to gather when the energy is high and space to decompress when you need a quieter corner - without anyone feeling crowded.

Entertainment
The Marvel-themed movie theater is where the evenings start. Pop some corn, pick a film, and settle in - there's enough seating to bring the whole group together. When the competitive streak kicks in, head to the arcade room: arcade games, a foosball table, a game console, and themed décor that keeps things lively. A mini golf setup gives you one more way to settle a score without stepping outside, and the main living areas connect naturally to the kitchen and dining space so momentum carries through the night.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a proper group meal - a gas stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils to go with them. Pull everyone around the dining table, or take the BBQ grill to the backyard and fire up something good. A hot water kettle, toaster, and wine glasses round out the details. Bedroom 4 provides a queen-size bed and connects to a bonus room with a bunk bed setup - twin-size bed on top, full-size bed on the bottom, and a pull-out twin-size trundle underneath - a flexible option for families or groups with kids.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms and one half bath are distributed across the home. The primary ensuite features a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided.

Outdoor areas
The rooftop deck is strung with lights and fire pit - a natural spot to wind down after a game day or a night out. Down below, the private, fully fenced backyard includes outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a BBQ grill that works just as well when there's a chill in the air. A private entrance keeps arrivals easy.

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front door, patio, our rooftop, as well as the front, side and back of garage. These are actively monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
