I have been to several rental properties and you can tell when the owners do just above what’s minimally expected to maintain the property. Well that is NOT the case here… this property was EXCELLENT. This home is so incredibly maintained that my husband only wants to return to this specific property or another from this particular owner. Everything was in working order and everything was labeled from light switches to remotes! Timely instructions were sent for an effortless check-in as well as departure. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable from a hand written note to complimentary snacks! The back yard is even better than the pictures. The home is in a quiet and mature neighborhood. There’s a Walmart about 5 min away which was very convenient. We absolutely loved this home and actually wanted to book again for a trip next month but unfortunately it is not available.

We have stayed in many rental homes. This one is one of the best! Our host replied instantly to messages, was kind enough to adjust check-in time a bit so our son could get in before we arrived. The house has absolutely everything you would need and was high quality. It is located in a very nice part of town , pretty and quiet. Top-notch. Had a wonderful, restful stay!
