Welcome to your cosy one-room apartment on the ground floor, which offers space for up to two people in approximately 40 m².

The living and sleeping areas are elegantly separated by a room divider and feature a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) for restful nights. A separate dining area is perfect for sharing meals, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and the sunny south-facing terrace offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the fresh air or unwind at the end of the day.

Satellite TV is available for entertainment, and free Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected at all times. A parking space in the underground garage conveniently rounds out the amenities.

Our Residenz Oasis is an apartment building located right next to the beach, featuring modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments for 1–4 people. Recreational amenities: sauna (for a fee). The Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away. Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
