Oasis App. 04 - 52 m² Apartment in Döse near the beach
Construction Site Update: A new building with 10 holiday apartments is being constructed on the neighbouring lot. Civil engineering work began in March 2026. Our office has no information regarding the further progress of the construction or the scope of the work.
A true home away from home—this 3-room holiday apartment features stylish furnishings and spacious rooms. It offers a comfortable holiday stay for up to 4 guests. Located close to the beach, this charming and modern holiday home is the perfect starting point for spontaneous walks to the Kugelbake or bike rides along the beach promenade.
Key pickup is available exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment does not come equipped with bed linens and towels, but these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Balcony/Terrace
Our guests can relax in the fresh air at any time on the cosy balcony furniture. There is a small balcony in the bedroom facing north and one in the larger living area facing south. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony is the perfect way to start your day on holiday.
Special Features
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee. Guests can use the on-site sauna for a fee. If guests have any questions about their holiday, they can ask the staff at the front desk in Haus Trafalgar for advice daily. In the summer of 2026, holidaymakers will also have their own beach chair available. A parking space in the underground garage is also included in the price.
