Welcome to your modern 2.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor, which offers space for up to 4 people in approximately 40 m².

The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children. The second bedroom serves as a walk-through to the master bedroom and opens onto the living room; it is secured by a child safety gate at the top of the stairs, ensuring that both parents and children enjoy safety and comfort. Both bedrooms are located in the attic area with cosy, low ceilings and are accessible via a half-spiral staircase from the living room. An additional bathroom in the attic area provides practical convenience.

The bright living room with a separate dining area is perfect for spending time together, while the fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and microwave makes preparing your meals a breeze. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet.

For entertainment and relaxation, a TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are available. On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh air and wind down the day in peace.

For families with small children, a travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge—so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing family holiday.



Our Residenz Oasis is an apartment building located right next to the beach, featuring modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments for 1–4 people. Recreational amenities: sauna (for a fee). The Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away. Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
