This unique upstairs apartment features many wooden elements and a cohesive design, providing guests with a peaceful and pleasant living experience.
The Accommodation
The apartment stands out for its high standard of living. High-quality materials were used during the complete renovation of a former residential building. These range from the composite insulation system and triple-pane windows to elegant wood-look tiles and comfortable carpeting in the living and sleeping areas, as well as integrated floor heating. Even in winter, you no longer have to worry about cold feet.
Great care was also taken with the furnishings to make the holiday apartment as cosy as possible.

The bed is a solid wood bed 1.80 m wide, equipped with comfortable mattresses.
The kitchen offers you every convenience, whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer holiday. With all the necessary appliances (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven and glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, espresso machine, and electric kettle), you can confidently prepare a delicious meal right in your “home away from home.” If you’re not in the mood to cook, the city centre is just a 9-minute walk away, where you can choose from a wide variety of restaurants and snack bars.

Of course, Wi-Fi and high-speed 100 Mbit internet are available. Working from home or connecting your cell phone, tablet, or laptop is no problem.

You’ll be moving into a brand-new apartment that stands out with its unique design.
Guest Access
As guests, you’ll have access to the terrace, which is directly accessible from the holiday apartment. There’s also a parking space available in the backyard.
Access is via self-check-in using a key box. A few days before your arrival, I’ll send you a link to a guest handbook containing all essential information.
Additional Important Information
A mandatory visitor’s tax must be paid for overnight stays in the Baltic Sea resort of Eckernförde. This fee is collected upon arrival and forwarded to the city of Eckernförde.
In return, you will receive the Ostseecard, which offers discounts in Eckernförde.

Travellers staying in Eckernförde for business purposes are exempt from the visitor’s tax.


Thanks to its proximity to the boat ramp at the Eckernförde Sailing Club and the option to park a caravan (including a boat) on the property, this accommodation is also ideal for anglers.
Tickets for access to the boat ramp can be purchased from me for a fee.
