underground parking space, panoramic lake view from the couch and balcony

The Lord Nelson Residence, with 140 units, is located very close to the beach, right behind the Döser lake dike. An ice cream parlour, a bakery, and a convenience store are located right in the building. Recreational amenities: Indoor pool, wellness area with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, and steam room; fitness room; table tennis room
Bike rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
