Our comfortable and spacious holiday apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, ensuring that all your needs are met.
In the cosy living room, with a comfortable double sofa bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and modern recliners, you can enjoy relaxing moments watching TV on the 49-inch screen. From the dining area, through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll have a view of the garden and the dike
Both the living room and the entryway feature spacious built-in closets offering plenty of storage. Free internet access and modern hi-fi equipment (LCD satellite TV, Blu-ray player, compact stereo system with iPod and Bluetooth connectivity) round out the amenities.
In the fully equipped kitchen area—featuring a dishwasher, electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, and a Dolce Gusto pod machine—you’ll find all the small appliances and beautiful tableware you need for a cosy meal.
In the bedroom, which features a double bed (at a comfortable height), blackout curtains, and a complimentary safe, you’ll find an ironing board and iron. From there, you have access to the tastefully furnished south-facing terrace.
In the basement storage room, which offers plenty of space for your own bicycles, strollers, suitcases, etc., you’ll find a handcart and two golf carts available for free use.
A large indoor pool and a sauna provide space for relaxation.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 holiday apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to your apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
