The property appears newly renovated with many high-end options especially in the kitchen and baths, well-equipped kitchen with abundant pans, silverware, and new dishes, but no dishwasher. Squeaky clean home, comfortable beds, very large flat screen TV, excellent wi-fi and water pressure. Quiet setting and tree-filled back yard proved very relaxing. I noticed a doe and her fawn grazing next door as I pulled out of the driveway, another pair about a block away. The lake is a short walk away (no swimming) has picnic tables, a dog park, and fishing possibilities. The owner was responsive and helpful, the check-in process somewhat onerous with multiple duplicate messages via email and text as well as (count 'em) two separate gates to check in at. The first has a large parking lot, which gives you an idea of how crowded things can get. Have your car registration handy. I appreciate the security, but the check in could be streamlined considerably by the community's management, obviously not under the owner's control. Overall, a winner.
