A designer pool house in a gated neighborhood in San Juan, just 15 minutes from both Old San Juan and Condado Beach.

Originally my grandmother’s flower shop, now a private poolside retreat that still holds that energy.

Steel folding doors open onto a pool, tropical garden, and outdoor lounge space. Inside, you’ll find a teal kitchen, Italian floors, a cozy reading nook, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and thoughtful design details throughout.

Outside, enjoy a pizza oven, grill, picnic table, outdoor seating area, canopy bed, lounge chairs, and palms lit with soft string lights.

Casa Botanika is ideal for couples, digital nomads, and anyone looking for a quiet weekend escape. Fast Wi-Fi and quiet surroundings make it easy to work remotely during the day, then unwind by the pool in the evening.

The home has an open studio-style layout with one bathroom and a Murphy bed that easily folds down at night and tucks away during the day to create more living space. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, on-site parking, and a gated entrance for added peace of mind.

Within walking distance, guests can find an organic grocery store, wine bar, bakery, restaurants, and an acai shop. San Patricio Plaza is also nearby, about a 6-minute drive away, with additional shopping, dining, and everyday essentials.

You will be close to the airport, beaches, nightlife, and some of the best areas of San Juan, while still having a quiet place to come home to at the end of the day. Casa Botanika offers the comfort of a home with the feel of a boutique hotel.
