Guest access
Guests will receive community pass QR codes for community access.

Guests will also receive a door keypad access code 48 hours prior to arrival for self-check in, the code will be valid through the entire length of the stay until check-out.

Two cars are permitted to park on driveway. Additional free parking is available on the streets around the house.

Quiet time is after 10:00 pm and strictly enforced.

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED BY AIRBNB!

Other things to note
Pool heating: The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional charge of $40/day. It is required to be paid 2 days before the arrival date. The pool can be heated up to 90F and hot tub can be heated above 100F. Please note the pool heater may not be able to fully heat the pool during colder months between November through March if the ambient temperature is below 55 degrees. The entire pool and spa will be heated and may take up to 24 hours.

BBQ Grill: Weber LP Grill can be used for $95 per stay with tax and cleaning all included.

Housekeeping:
There is no daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned, and guests will have free usage of washer/TWO dryers in the laundry room.
